AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 814, 820 AND 824 VERMONT
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
The sidewalk adjacent to Lots 7, 9 & 11, all in Mevis-Kothe
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
