AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FALLS
AVENUE, EASTERLY OF BLACK HAWK ROAD IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of existing Falls Avenue right-of-way lying
Southerly and Easterly of the Southeasterly line of Black Hawk
Road extended Northeasterly, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
INTRODUCED: 9/3/96
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: 9/3/06
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: 9/9/96
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: 9/9/96
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of September, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 11th day of September, 1996.
