AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT ( 8) FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTH SIDE OF LOT 2 IN SPIER ADDITION IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The Northerly 8 feet of Lot 2, except the Westerly 8 feet of
said Lot 2, all in Spier Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
