AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 1) ACADIA STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 1) ACADIA STREET OF
SECTION 564, TWO HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 1) Acadia Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
That Subsection ( 1) Acadia Street of Section 564, Two Hour Parking,
of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 16, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 16, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 16, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 16th day of September, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 18th day of September, 1996.
