AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (42) FALLS AVENUE OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (42) FALLS AVENUE
OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (42) Falls Avenue of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that
new Subsection (42) Falls Avenue of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
(42) Falls Avenue University Avenue to University Avenue
except for traffic signals at Cleveland
Street, Ansborough Avenue and Stephan
Street

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 23 , 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 23 , 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 23rd day of September, 1996, and approved
by the Mayor on the 25th day of September, 1996 .
