AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EAST-
WEST ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN E. PARKER
AND MOSLEY STREETS, WESTERLY OF E. FOURTH
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 16 foot wide platted east-west alley lying between Lots 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, all in Block 4, Manson' s
Fourth Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
INTRODUCED: October 21, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 21, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 21, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 21, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 21st day of October, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 23rd day of October, 1996.
