ORDINANCE NO. 4206
ORDINANCE VACATING THE 32 FOOT X 22 FOOT
PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG SCOTT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described right of way:
That part of Scott Avenue, formerly used as a lift
station site, lying Westerly of a line drawn from a point
on the most Easterly line of Lot 22, Black Hawk
Subdivision that is seventy-six (76) feet South of the
most Northeasterly corner said lot, to a point on the
most Easterly line of said lot that is twenty-seven ( 27)
feet North of the most Southeasterly corner of said lot,
as platted, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 4, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 12, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of November, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of November, 1996.
