AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 195) KERN STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION ( 195) KERN STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 195) Kern Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(195) Kern Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(195) Kern Street North side from Longfellow Avenue to
Broadway Street; south side from Columbia
Street to Logan Avenue

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 12, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 12, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
