ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 300 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 299, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 300 (Three Hundred) .
"300 .
Lots 1 through 8 and Lots 17 through 24, all in Block 23,
Auditor Rainbow' s Plat of Maywood, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" , Light
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" , One
and Two Family Residence District, as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
