BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
o Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 300, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 301 (Three Hundred One) .
"301 .
Blocks 2 & 3 and that part of vacated Court Avenue adjacent to
Lots 1 & 14 of said Block 2, all in Lakeside Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" , Light
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2", One
and Two Family Residence District, as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
