AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION ( 4) ALLEY TO SECTION 559, 10
MINUTE PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection ( 4) Alley of Section 559, 10 Minute Parking,
of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows:
( 4) Alley West side in the alley running parallel with
the 1000 block of East 4th Street between
Saxon Street and Argyle Street
INTRODUCED: December 2, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 2nd day of December, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 4th day of December, 1996.
