'\N ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE:
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS ( 75) LINDEN AVENUE
AND (84) MULBERRY STREET OF SECTION 543, THRU
STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTIONS (75) LINDEN AVENUE AND ( 84)
MULBERRY STREET OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS;
AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION ( 105a) RHEY STREET TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS ( 13 ) LINDEN AVENUE
AND ( 36) RHEY STREET OF SECTION 545, YIELD
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsections ( 75) Linden Avenue and ( 84) Mulberry Street
of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby
repealed in their entirety; and that new Subsections (75) Linden
Avenue and ( 84) Mulberry Street of Section 543, Thru Streets, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(75) Linden Avenue The northerly side of Glenwood Street to
the northerly side of Webster Street
except a stop at what is known as Chicago
Great Western Railroad Tracks; Lafayette
Street to the dead end of street north of
Fowler Street
( 84) Mulberry Street Nevada Street to Utica Street except for
traffic signals at Vinton Street, East
6th Street, East 5th Street, East 4th
Street, Park Avenue, and East 1st Street
and stop signs at Linden Avenue, Rhey
Street, and Mullan Avenue
That Subsection ( 105a) Rhey Street of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows:
( 105a) Rhey Street Lafayette Street to Courtland Street
That Subsections ( 13) Linden Avenue and ( 26) Rhey Street of Section
545, Yield Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby repealed
in their entirety.
