ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 73 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 72, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 73 (Seventy-Three) .
"73 .
The Easterly 200 feet of the Northerly 100 feet of the
Westerly 220 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 89N, Range 13W, except highway, all in unplatted
Waterloo West, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2",One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-
2", One and Two Family Residence District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning,
as above described, subject to the following conditions. "
1 . The parking lot directly south of 625 S. Hackett Road be
used for the proposed office/outreach center or an on-
site parking lot must be built at 615 S. Hackett for a
minimum of 1 parking space per 200 square feet of office
space.
2 . A sidewalk be built along S. Hackett Road within one ( 1)
year of Council approval of the rezoning."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
