AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED BETWEEN MULBERRY AND LAFAYETTE
STREETS, EASTERLY OF E. ELEVENTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The platted alley lying between Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, all in
Cooley's East Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
INTRODUCED: January 6, 1997
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 6, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 6, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 6, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of January, 1997, and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of January, 1997 .
