ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 74 TO
SECTION 2A-7N . CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 73, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 74 ( Seventy-Four) .
"74.
Lot W-87, Cedarloo Park, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-Z" , Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the
following conditions:
1 . Operating hours are to be between 8: 30 a.m. and 3 : 00 p.m.
2 . There will be no more than thirty ( 30) consumers and no
more than seven (7) staff persons at any time.
3. The use of the property under "C-Z" Conditional Zoning is
limited to a day activity center only. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.

the Mayor on the 15th day of January, 1997 .
