ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 302 TO
SECTION 2A-5 . REZONING ,ERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAl'hRLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No'. 301 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No . Three Hundred Two ( 302 ) .
"302 .
The West 75 . 5 feet of Lot 13 and all of Lots 8 & 9 , all in
Beverly Place, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County.
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo . Iowa . as "R-4" . Multiple
Family Residence District . be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-
2" , Commercial District as above described . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
