AN ORDINANCE VACATING A THIRTY FOOT ( 30' ) BY
SEVENTY-FOUR FOOT (74 ' ) STORM SEWER EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF LOGAN
AVENUE (U.S. 63 NORTH) IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described storm sewer easement:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Sec.
12, T89N, R13W of the 5th P.M. , Black Hawk County, Iowa, as
shown on Right of Way Plat on file in the Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission office and by reference made
a part hereof , and described as follows: :
Commencing at SW corner of said Sec. 12; thence N00°30 1/2 'W,
1250 . 0 ft. along the west line of said SW 1/4; thence N89°29
1/2 'E, 100. 0 ft. to the Point of Beginning; thence N00°30
1/2 'W, 74 .7 ft. along the existing easterly right of way line
of Primary Road No. U.S. 63; thence S89°41 1/2 'E, 30. 0 ft. ;
thence S00°30 1/2 'E , 74 . 2 ft. ; thence S89°29 1/2'W, 30. 0 ft.
to the Point of Beginning, containing 2,233 sq. ft. , all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
