AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (76) WILLISTON
AVENUE, OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (76) WILLISTON
AVENUE, OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 76) Williston Avenue, of Section 541,
Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 76) Williston Avenue, of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in.
Certain Areas, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:.
(76) Williston Avenue -
from Washington Street to West 11th Street 25 mph
from West 11th Street to West 4th Street 30 mph
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 7th day of April 1997, and approved by the
Mayor on the 9th day of April 1997 .
