AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE:
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (93 ) MAYNARD OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (93) MAYNARD OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS;
AND BY ADDING SUBSECTION (20a) HANNA AND
MAYNARD TO SECTION 544, ALL-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (93) Maynard of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of the
1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (93 ) Maynard of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of the 1996
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(93) Maynard Avenue Ansborough Avenue to Hackett Road except for
a four-way stop at Hanna and signals at
Greenhill Road
That Subsection (20a) Hanna and Maynard is hereby added to
Section 544, All-Way Stop Intersections, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, as follows :
(20a) Hanna and Maynard

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: April 14, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: April 14, 1997
