AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) AIRLINE HIGHWAY
(WEST) ALSO KNOWN AS HIGHWAY 57, OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (2) AIRLINE HIGHWAY (WEST) ALSO
KNOWN AS HIGHWAY 57, SECTION 541, INCREASING
SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (2) Airline Highway (West) also known as Highway
57 , of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a
new Subsection (2) Airline Highway (West) also known as Highway
57, of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
(2) Airline Highway (West) also known as Highway 57 -
from Logan Avenue to west corporate limits 45 mph
