AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF W. SAN MARNAN DRIVE, EAST OF JONATHAN
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
A part of W. San Marnan Drive right-of-way being adjacent to
Lot 2, Tower Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa and in
the NE 1/ Section 9-88-13 , described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence
N00°56 ' 12"E a distance of 20 . 00 feet; thence S89°03 ' 48"E
parallel with the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of
258 . 97 feet; thence S00°56' 12"W a distance 20 . 00 feet to the
North line of said Lot 2; th`nce N89°03 '48"W along the North
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 258 . 97 feet to the point of
beginning, containing approximately 5, 179 . 4 SF, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The North line of Lot 2, Tower Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa is assumed to bear N89°03 '48"W;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
