AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE STORM
SEWER EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTHERLY SIDE OF SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND THE
WESTERLY SIDE OF KIMBALL AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described storm sewer easement:
That part of the SE '4 of Section 4-88-13 described as
follows:
All that part of Lot 2, Kaspend Addition, A Replat of Part of
Tract C, Granger's Second Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa and Part of Vacated West San Marnan Drive
and Vacated Kimball Avenue in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, lying within the following described
parcel :
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Tract C, Granger' s
Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence
N22°13 ' 55"E along the Easterly line of said Tract C a
distance of 193 . 36 feet; thence S11°58 ' 42"W a distance of
194 . 09 feet; thence N88°28' 33"W a distance of 479 .28 feet;
thence N00°00'23"W a distance of 10 . 00 feet to the
Southwesterly corner of said Tract C; thence S88°28 ' 33"E
along the Southerly line of said Tract C a distance of 446 . 39
feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
