AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE FOOT WIDE
UTILITY EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
LOTS 63 AND 65 AND BETWEEN LOTS 64 AND 65 IN
SOUTHGATE FOURTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The Northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 63 , except the Westerly 5
feet; the Northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 64 and the
Southwesterly 5 feet of Lot 65, except the Westerly 5 feet,
all in Southgate Fourth Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: June 9, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: June 9, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: June 9, 1997
