AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC
CODE:
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (94) MINNESOTA
STREET OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (94) MINNESOTA STREET OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (18) MINNESOTA
STREET OF SECTION 545, YEILD STREETS,
AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (18) MINNESOTA STREET OF
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (94) Minnesota Street of Section 543 ,
Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed
in its entirety; that a new Subsection (94) Minnesota Street
of Section 543 , Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(94) Minnesota Street Forest Avenue to Byron Avenue;
Howard Avenue to Ridgeway Avenue
That Subsection (18) Minnesota Street of Section 545, Yield
Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (18) Minnesota Street of
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(18) Minnesota Street Williston Avenue to Forest Avenue;
Byron Avenue to Howard Avenue
except for two way stops at
Mitchell Avenue and Easton Avenue
