AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EAST
SEVENTH STREET GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
WALNUT AND FRANKLIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That portion of the eighty foot (80 ' ) platted right-of-way
known as East Seventh Street lying Southerly of the Southerly
line of Walnut Street and Northerly of the Northerly line of
Franklin Street, subject to an agreed easement for the
relocation of the overhead electric feeder lines, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 14, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 14, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 14, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of July, 1997, and approved by the
Mayor on the 16th day of July, 1997 .
