ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2779, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 304 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2779, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 303 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Four
(304) .
"304 .
Cooley Addition, all of Lots 2 & 3 of Block 57; the
Northeasterly thirty feet (30' ) of Lot 6 of Block 57, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3 " , Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" ,
Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
