AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EASTERLY 120 FEET
OF THE EAST-WEST ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED
BETWEEN DANE AND SAXON STREETS, EXTENDING
WESTERLY FROM E. FOURTH STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of twenty foot (20 ' ) platted alley in Railroad
Addition that lies adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12 , Block 21
of said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 4, 1997
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
