UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
EASTERLY SIDE OF LOT 3, WOODLAND KNOLLS
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement:
The 8 foot platted utility easement along the Easterly line
of Lot 3 , Woodland Knolls Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 4, 1997
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 4, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
