(80) FEET OF SIDEWALK GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE EASTERLY SIDE OF JACKSON STREET BETWEEN
SHILLIAM AVENUE AND MERRIMAN STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
That portion of sidewalk adjacent to the Westerly portion of
Lots 4 and 5 in Block 7 of Shilliam' s 3' Subdivision, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 11, 1997
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 11, 1997
