HomeMy WebLinkAbout4246-08/11/1997 ORDINANCE NO. 4246 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 77 TO SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 76, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Seventy-Seven (77) . "77. The West % of Lot 20 in Maywood Third Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1" , Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" , Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning, as above described, subject to the following conditions: 1 . To utilize the existing building and parking areas as is with no planned expansions. 2 . The use of the property under "C-Z" Conditional Zoning is limited to a non-retail printing shop only. 3 . Screening of parking lot from adjoining residences. 4 . Maintain normal business operating hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m. , on a weekly basis, Monday through Friday. " Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
