AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SECTION 360, PERSONS AUTHORIZED
TO ISSUE TICKETS AT AIRPORT; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 360, PERSONS
AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE PARKING REGULATIONS AT
AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Section 360, Persons Authorized to Issue Tickets at
Airport, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Section 360, Persons Authorized to Enforce
Parking Regulations at Airport, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
SEC. 360 . PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE PARKING REGULATIONS
AT AIRPORT.
The Airport Director, Assistant Airport Director, Waterloo
Fire Rescue personnel assigned to the Airport, skycaps,
janitorial service personnel, and maintenance personnel employed
by the Airport Commission are hereby authorized to enforce
parking regulations as out in Sections 358 and 359 .

PASSED 2m CONSIDERATION: August 18, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 25, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council this 25th day of August,
