AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING NEW SUBSECTION (45a) MIDPORT BLVD. TO
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND
ADDING NEW SUBSECTION (93a) MIDPORT BLVD. TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (255a) MIDPORT BLVD TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (45a) Midport Blvd. is hereby added to
Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the
1996 Traffic Code, as follows :
(45a) Midport Blvd. - from Airport Blvd. to easterly end of
street - 35 mph
That new Subsection (93a) Midport Blvd. is hereby added to
Section 543 , Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, as follows :
(93a) Midport Blvd. From Airport Blvd. To easterly end
of street
That Subsection (255a) Midport Blvd. of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows :
(255a) Midport Blvd. Both sides from Airport Blvd. to
easterly end of street
