AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SOUTHERLY 105 FEET
OF THE ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
ACKERMANT AND COLUMBIA STREETS, SOUTH OF
PARKER STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of the 16 foot wide platted alley right-of-way
lying West of and adjacent to Lot 3, Block 1 and West of and
adjacent to the Southerly fifty feet of Lot 4, Block 1, all
in Ackermant Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 15, 1997
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 15, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 15, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 15th day of September, 1997, and approved by
the Mayor on the 17th day of September, 1997 .
