AN ORDINANCE VACATING PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED IN SOUTHTOWN
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement :
A part of the NW % Section 11-88-13, Waterloo Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of Lot 1,
Southtown, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, which is 22 . 00
feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
N28°04 ' 37" E a distance of 82 .75 feet; thence N59°47 ' 19" E a
distance of 271 . 01 feet; thence N 49056130" E a distance of
161 . 33 feet; thence N 89°31 ' 38" E a distance of 84 .45 feet;
thence S38°41 ' 31" E a distance of 55 . 32 feet to the Northerly
line of said Lot 1; thence S 49°56 ' 30" W along the Northerly
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 425 . 32 feet; thence N
88°50 '30" W along the Northerly line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 190 . 89 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
