AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED ADJACENT TO PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 443 CAMPBELL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of platted right of way adjacent to Lot 220,
Kingbard Hill that lies Northerly of the Southerly line of
Lot 219 said addition extended Westerly and Easterly of a
line 60 feet Easterly of and parallel to the West line of
Clough Street as platted in said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo,. Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
