AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN SUMMIT AND REBER
AVENUE, EAST OF FLETCHER AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 10 ' wide strip of land currently being used as alley that
runs from Reber Avenue to Summit Avenue and lies directly
West of and adjacent to Lots 41, 42 , 43 and 44 in Auditor
Francis West Side Plat, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
