AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY
SUMNER AND LINN STREETS AND THE ILLINOIS
CENTRAL RAILROAD IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All that part of 20 ' platted alley right of way within Block
7 of Hammond and Hopkins Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
