AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 3 FOOT PORTION OF
ALLEY GENERALLY ABUTTING 315 VINTON STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The Northerly 3 ' of platted alley right of way adjacent to
the Southerly lot line of Lots 4 & 5 Block 4, Hallidays
Addition that lies 5 ' Westerly of the Easterly line of Lot 5,
said addition extended Southerly, and Easterly of the
Westerly line of Lot 4 said addition extended Southerly, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
