ORDINANCE NO. 4267
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (135) SHAULIS ROAD OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (135) SHAULIS
ROAD OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (21a) HESS ROAD AND E.
SHAULIS ROAD TO SECTION 544, ALL-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (135) Shaulis Road of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (135) Shaulis Road of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(135) Shaulis Road Highway 21 to Highway 218, except for a
4-way stop at Hess Road
That Subsection (21a) Hess Road and Shaulis Road is hereby
added to Section 544, All-Way Stop Intersections, of the 1996
Traffic Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 17th day of
November, 1997, and approved by the Mayor this 19th day of
November, 1997 .
