AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF NORTH-
SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE
BLOCK BOUNDED BY DANE STREET AND EAST 4m
STREET, FORMER SAXON STREET AND IOWA STREET,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 60' strip of land currently being used as right-of-way
that includes all of Lots 10 and 3 in Block 21 Railroad
Addition, and part of Saxon Street as platted in Railroad
Addition, and part of alley as originally platted in Block
21 Railroad Addition, to the City of Waterloo; described as
lying east of a line drawn from the Northwest Corner of Lot
10 Block 21 Railroad Addition to the Northwest corner of Lot
16 Block 28 said addition, and west of a line drawn from the
Northeast corner of Lot 10 Block 21 to the Northeast corner
of Lot 16 Block 28, said Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
