AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE BY:
ADDING SUBSECTION (Oa) ACADIA STREET TO SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (Oa) ACADIA STREET TO SECTION 567, TWO
HOUR PARKING BETWEEN 8 : 00 A.M. AND 6 : 00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (Oa) Acadia Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows :
(Oa) Acadia Street North side from Grey St . to Kimball Ave .
That Subsection (Oa) Acadia Street of Section 567, Two Hour
Parking Between 8 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. , of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows :
(Oa) Acadia Street South side from Grey St . to Kimball Ave.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 8, 1997
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 8, 1997
