ORDINANCE NO. 5491 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY STEFANIE HARTEL FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 9,792 SQUARE FOOT DOG DAYCARE FACILITY, LOCATED SOUTH OF 3289 AIRPORT BOULEVARD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan amendment to the "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District for a 9,792 square foot dog daycare facility, located south of 3289 Airport Boulevard, and legally described as follows: MIDPORT AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 1, LOT 4, AND MIDPORT AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 1, TRACT I, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. and subject to the following conditions: 1. That the final site plan meets all applicable city codes, regulations, etc. including, but not limited to, parking, landscaping, screening, drainage, etc. 2. That all new buildings are to be constructed to the requirements of the City of Waterloo Floodplain Regulations and the lowest floor elevation is at least one (1) foot above the 100 Year Base Flood Plain Elevation.
