RESOLUTION NO. 2019-451
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 27, 2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 1, 2019,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET FIRE
SUPPRESSION PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section1. That the preliminary specifications form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire
Suppression Project, be scheduled for June 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of July 2019, to hold a
public hearing, in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
