RESOLUTION NO. 2019-454
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED AND TRANSMIT
COMMENTS RECEIVED.
WHEREAS, a public notice was published May 17, 2019, to notify interested parties off a
public hearing to discuss the results of the SRF environmental review regarding improvements to
the wastewater control system to replace nonfunctioning components of the gate well control
system, and
WHEREAS, documents relevant to the discussion at the public hearing were made
available for public review thirty (3 0) days prior to the public hearing, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties were allowed adequate time to present their views.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City of Waterloo, Iowa, proceed with plans for improvements to
the wastewater control system to replace nonfunctioning components of the gate well control
system and transmit comments received.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
