RESOLUTION NO. 2019-457
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF THE
SALVATION ARMY BUILDING LOCATED AT 415 E. 7TH
STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $200,000, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the acquisition contract dated June 17, 2019, between the Salvation Army and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to acquire property located at 415 E. 7th Street in the amount of $200,000, plus
up to $10,000 in closing costs, and legally described as follows:

is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
