RESOLUTION NO. 2019-460
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM CONSORTIUM COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2019 TO JUNE 30, 2022, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Home Investment Partnership Program Consortium Cooperation Agreement dated June 17,
2019, between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the fiscal period
of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
