RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STRAND
ASSOCIATES OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $15,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PLANNING AND
NUTRIENT REDUCTION STUDY AND OPERATIONS
ASSISTANCE, AND AMENDING THE COMPLETION
SCHEDULE TO JULY 30, 2019, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to the General Services Agreement dated June 17, 2019, between Strand
Associates of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$15,000, in conjunction with the Wastewater Treatment Facilities Planning and Nutrient
Reduction Study and Operations Assistance, and amending the completion schedule to July 30,
2019, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
