RESOLUTION NO. 2019-463
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020, IN THE AMOUNT OF $72,000, FOR
CONTINUED WORK ON DOWNTOWN WATERLOO
PLANNING EFFORTS, REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN,
RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT, AND FUNDING
OPPORTUNITIES, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement for fiscal year 2020, dated June 17, 2019, between
Vandewalle and Associates of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $72,000, in conjunction with continued work on downtown Waterloo planning efforts,
redevelopment design, riverfront development, and funding opportunities, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
