RESOLUTION NO. 2019-464
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH 1 & S GROUP, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $36,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER PENTHOUSE/CHILLER AND
MISCELLANEOUS RENOVATIONS, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement, dated June 17, 2019, between I & S Group, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $36,000, in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Penthouse/Chiller and
miscellaneous renovations, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2019.
