ORDINANCE NO. 5498 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 4455 REMINGTON ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1A OF SECTION 15, T89N, R12W, EXCEPT THE NORTH 1/2 THEREOF, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 20.88 acres, generally located northwest of 4455 Remington Road, as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby rezoned as "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District, as above described. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF WATERLOO, STATE OF IOWA: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
